Our Services

What We Offer

We deliver supported living services designed around real lives. Combining regulated and non-regulated care to meet each person’s goals, needs, and aspirations.

Regulated Personal Care

We provide discreet, respectful support with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and hygiene. Support is delivered by trained staff in line with care plans and CQC standards.

24/7 Complex Needs Support

Our team delivers round-the-clock care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. We adapt our approach for individuals with additional or complex needs as required, offering consistency and reassurance day and night.

Floating Support & Reablement

Flexible, non-regulated support for people in their own homes. We promote daily living skills, tenancy sustainment, and step-down progression from higher support.

Crisis Accommodation & Transition

Short-term accommodation with intensive support for people in crisis. We provide a safe place to stabilise, reset, and move forward with a tailored support plan.

Community Inclusion & Skill Building

From travel training to social groups, we help individuals build confidence, connect with others, and participate in meaningful, inclusive activities in the community.

Medication & Health Coordination

Support with medication prompts, MAR chart use, appointment attendance, and communication with healthcare professionals. This ensures safe and consistent health routines.

How we make a difference

How We Deliver Support that Makes a Difference

Co-Produced Care Plans

Support is planned with the individual. Each plan is tailored to their needs, strengths, and long-term goals.

Our service adapts to crisis, progression, or changing needs. We always deliver support with dignity and consistency.

Trained & Consistent Staff

Care is delivered by a stable, well-trained team who understand the individual’s routine and needs.
