About us
A Supported Living Provider With Purpose
Kenwood Supported Living was founded in 2025 by experienced professionals with lived experience and a deep understanding of complex needs. We exist to provide safe, person-centred supported living for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Every plan is tailored to the individual, and our team has experience supporting a range of additional or complex needs. Our approach puts a strong emphasis on independence, co-production, and care that reflects real lives.

Rooted in Experience, Driven by Values
Founded in 2025, Kenwood brings lived-experience leadership, modern governance, and a mission to deliver safe, empowering supported living across Sheffield.

Our values
What Guides Our Work at Kenwood
Our work is guided by the INSPIRE values. Seven principles that shape how we support people and how we show up for our community.
We embrace new approaches to care, building modern, effective services around people’s evolving needs.
We provide a safe, supportive environment that helps people grow, rebuild confidence, and reach their full potential.
We focus on what people can do, not just what they need. Strengths are the foundation for independence.
We intervene early, reduce escalation, and work proactively to keep people safe and supported at home.
We collaborate with community partners, families, and professionals to provide joined-up, holistic care.
We support people to regain skills, build resilience, and move toward greater independence at their own pace.
We value lived experience, embrace diversity, and deliver inclusive care rooted in dignity and respect for all.
Our mission
